Welcome to the new website 28 November 2008 The Barb website has undergone a transformation including a new look and feel. Within the website you will find many of the sections that were previously available but they have been updated. These include the expanded Frequently Asked Questions section which has a plethora of answers. The News section has a separate section for the Barb bulletins, where all the Barb bulletins and newsletters are available to download. Barb 2010 provides updates on the set-up of the new Barb service. The Viewing Figures section has been redesigned to be easier to navigate and access back data. (There is viewing data available from 1992.) Within the weekly top 10s you will find the top 10 programmes for all Barb reported channels and the weekly top 30s now include the top 30 programmes across multi-channel broadcasters for that week. Both have programme data going back to January 2008. The Trends Graphs allow you to select several years of data or a specific channel. The data in the Viewing Figures section is top headline data for all individuals 4+. If you require data in more detail, including overnights, it will be necessary to subscribe to Barb in order to access the data from a data processing bureau. Please explore the new functionality and let us know what you think.
