Barb statement on data delays 27 November 2017 There was an ongoing delay in the delivery of the overnights data following an issue that took place on Wednesday 22nd November. On this night, there was a failure of the SIM cards on one mobile network that are in some panel homes’ meters. Only one mobile network’s SIM cards were affected and no data were lost; the speed of data collection from this network continued to be slower than normal. Kantar, Barb’s panel operation contractor, has worked to resolve this issue with the network operator and we are pleased to announce that the normal delivery schedule was resumed on 30th November.
